Personally, I know how difficult it was for me to get out of bed when suffering from depression and anxiety and to go about the everyday when concerned about having another panic attack. I know how valuable it was for me to have someone to talk to that wouldn't judge me or make me feel guilty about being exactly where I was at the time. The idea of "you should be fine", or "you have no reason to be anxious or depressed" is hurtful and doesn't help.
My experience and expertise includes working with with anxiety, depression, unexplained physical symptoms, substance abuse/dependence, bipolar and mood disorders, issues of identity, eating and exercise disorders, grief & loss, performance, motivation, PTSD, and chronic stress. I also assist clients families who suffer from substance abuse, Adult Children of Alcoholics.
Whether you are recovering from a break up, dealing with sexual or identity issues, suffering from obsessive thoughts, processing early sexual trauma, or just don't feel like you anymore, lets start talking.
