My therapy sessions are through video/ telehealth. Online therapy is proven to be effective as traditional therapy. Online therapy offers convenience and flexibility, it saves time from commuting to and from appointments. People often feel comfortable in their own space; this reduces anxiety and may help them to be more vulnerable in the counseling process.
