We provide individual therapy for kids, teens, and adults struggling with stress, anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, and issues related to neurodiversity. We aim to provide a safe, collaborative space for clients to explore emotions, build skills, and make positive changes.
Though we’re competent to support clients with a variety of challenges, our specialty is helping "deeply feeling" and "high-achieving" girls and women.

Our Team
I specialize in working with High-Achieving, Deeply Feeling Girls and Women navigating anxiety, stress, perfectionism, past trauma, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions — including school, career, relationships, and motherhood. Many of my clients are thoughtful and self-aware, yet feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them and are seeking deeper, lasting change. Together, we will build insight into the “why” behind these patterns, cultivate self-compassion, and support more intentional, confident choices.

My passion is working with teenage girls (13+), young adults and adult women (18+) facing challenges such as anxiety, relationship issues, life changes, friendship struggles, depression, self-esteem, perfectionistic tendencies, and sports performance.
The clients I support are high-achieving, motivated, and goal-driven individuals who are often silently struggling on the inside. My goal is to assist clients in understanding how their unique life experiences and relationships have shaped them into who they are today while developing the skills and mindsets necessary to reach their full potential.
