Thank you so much for looking into help for yourself or a loved one. My goal is to support every client in their pursuit of any healthy goal or change they wish to achieve. Every person deserves to live a fulfilled life (whatever that means to you), but anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, grief/loss, etc sometimes make that life seem unobtainable. I believe that with consistent and nonjudgmental support, every person can overcome those obstacles to obtain a more fulfilling life.

I use a person-centered approach to therapy as I believe clients should decide the direction of their therapy. If you need someone to listen, teach you coping skills, give you high fives, process today's world, or call you on your sh...stuff...I can do that. I'm also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (client lead trauma-focused therapy).

The goal of therapy IS NOT to "fix you". The goal it to gain the support and skills needed to live as authentically yourself as possible. In today's world that can be very challenging. I offer my knowledge, honesty, humor, humility, and willingness to support and accompany any person through whatever is keeping them from their authentic self.
