With a client base ranging from 13 to 99 years old, I understand the diverse needs and challenges that accompany different stages of life. As a graduate of UTA Arlington and a former member of the USAF for a decade, I bring a unique blend of academic expertise and real-world experience to my practice. I won't lie, therapy does not happen in a straight line or on a timeline. Our goal is to make your day-to-day life easier and to have moments of joy where there is pain.
My approach is rooted in empathy and understanding, ensuring you receive the personalized care you deserve. With extensive training in various modalities, I adapt my approach to meet your evolving needs, tailoring our sessions to best support your journey to resilience and empowerment. My therapy treatments include EMDR, CPT, CBT, solution-focused, and IFS.
