Accepting New Clients! Hello and welcome! Life can present various challenges, transitions, and stressors that can be overwhelming at times – perhaps you are searching for help with: grief, anxiety, depression, PTSD, or trauma; family conflict/parenting issues; unhealthy personal or professional relationships; child/teen with behavioral problems; or generational trauma or racial discrimination. I acknowledge the difficulty one may have with seeking help. This may be due to historical stigmas, masculinity associated with being male, or the feeling of “needing to do it all” and not having your power acknowledged or honored as a woman.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 20 years of experience working with: individuals/youth/families from diverse backgrounds and communities of color with generational trauma/racial oppression; those impacted by the child welfare system; youth with behavioral problems; and those seeking support around anxiety, depression/grief, and trauma.
My counseling approach is holistic and is tailored to help you accomplish your goals. Your presence here shows your power and willingness to be vulnerable.
