I specialize in a therapeutic modality (EFT) designed to help loved ones recognize the negative cycle they constantly find themselves in, communicate better without withdrawing/avoiding, or becoming frustrated. By communicating differently, you and your loved one can build a stronger, deeper connection.
I'm also trained in EMDR to help you process trauma.
I realize your life doesn't revolve around therapy. I offer telehealth sessions for those of you who are physically limited or without transportation.
