Trained in family systems, she is honored to help relationships bridge communication gaps and find the underlying meaning beneath interactions with one another leading to more valued connections in their relationships. Each individual and family is unique, and she does her best to help each client discover the solution that works best for them.

After years of working with individuals from all walks of life, my goal with each my clients is to assist them in fostering their own sense of self. Often, we already know the solutions to the problems we face, but the stress of life can make identifying them a challenge. By using a strength based, mindfulness centered approach my hope to walk with my clients in their journeys towards those answers. I specialize in family, childhood, and adolescent populations, and utilizes multiple techniques such as mind-body connection, play, art, and mindfulness therapies.

I offer extensive experience working with individuals across the lifespan, and specialize in assessing and treating depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship concerns, suicidal ideation, self-harm, anger, grief, and more. I enjoy working with a wide range of individuals including children (3 and up), teens and adults, and bring experience from a number of non-profit and private practice settings. I seek to build a trusting and authentic therapeutic relationship with each client, with focus on making a positive difference in your life, and will create a treatment plan tailored for you.

My client population includes children, adolescents and adults. I work with individuals as well as families. I facilitate numerous groups and skills training curriculum in various topics including adolescent first offenders, anger management, divorce and separation, parenting, and teen issues.
