I have 25+ years working in the field of mental health with children, adolescents, and adults. My wide range of experiences provides me with the knowledge and skills to help people through difficult times in their lives and guide them through the challenges, and sometimes, difficult transitions and adjustments. My job is to provide clients with new skills that empower them to look at their issues from a new perspective and empower them to engage in a change process.

Hello! I have worked with children, families and adults for the last 23 years. I have a passion for working with individuals that are struggling with concerns related to anxiety, depression and life stressors. I have worked extensively with children as well as adults and enjoy working with individuals and families to build healthy communication skills between family members.

I am specifically passionate about my work with women, empowering them through various phases of life and assisting with symptoms of anxiety and depression. Because of my work in child-welfare and adoption, I also specialize in trauma-related struggles in adults & children, as well as behavior management and positive parenting.

I am masters level, pre-licensed therapist in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. I enjoy focusing my work on adolescents and young adults as they endure the challenges that come alongside various life transitions.

Hello, and welcome! I have a passion for helping others find healing, balance and connection. I have over 10 year experience working with children ages 3 years old to older adulthood. I began my career working with children on the Autism Spectrum or with similar diagnosis supporting them and their family. Upon finishing my masters I began my current job as a full time school social work. In addition, I have been running groups and seeing individual clients at a local eating disorder program.
