Hello! I am Dr. Emily Deming. I am a queer psychologist who is passionate about making therapy a space to not only reflect but also to learn. I have first hand experience with supporting a neurodivergent partner and integrating into a multiracial family. I believe that therapy is a learning process and I strive to make sure that my clients leave our sessions with a toolkit they can handle life’s ups and downs with. As the expert on your life, your child, or your family, my clients are an essential part of developing individualized treatment plans focused on their needs and goals.

My name is Niesha Perry, M.Ed,LPCC-S, LICDC-CS. I specialize in providing both mental health and substance abuse counseling for individuals in need to healing and growth. Individuals facing life stressors should have a dedicated and empathic relationship with someone they can trust. I have been providing counseling services in residential, community and school settings since 2010. My areas of competence include but are not limited to depression, PTSD, anxiety, ADHD, conduct disorder, ODD and DMDD. My goal is to increase each client's level of functioning and assist them with identifying the missing piece in their lives.

Understanding these feelings of others have allowed me to be in practice for over fifteen years. I have had the opportunity to work with adolescents, adults, and families in both individual and group settings. In my work with adolescents, I have provided care for children and teens who report issues regarding suicide, depression, anxiety, family concerns, and behavioral issues. I have training in art and play therapy and specialize in the unique needs that children and adolescents face. I utilize a strength-based approach with each individual to help them achieve their goals toward wellness. I am a licensed professional clinical counselor-supervisor in the state of Ohio and received her graduate degree in Mental Health Counseling from Asbury Theological Seminary.

I am a member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC), and my specialties include helping families going through the difficulties of divorce, parent coordination, preserving a cooperative and collaborative environment to keep the children's best interests a priority, and conducting court-ordered custody evaluations. Attorneys and courts frequently request these services in order to help resolve child custody and parenting disputes.
