Dr. Valentina Shehu is a Psychologist in Connecticut who has been practicing since 2013. Dr. Shehu completed her doctoral degree in clinical psychology at Palo Alto University, specializing in clinical neuropsychology and child and family therapy. Dr. Shehu continued to refine her training in assessment through postdoctoral fellowships. Dr. Shehu has also worked as a supervisor for doctoral students and holds an adjunct faculty position in the psychology department at the University of Hartford. Fontanetta is a board-certified pediatric neuropsychologist who received her doctoral degree in clinical psychology with a concentration in neuropsychology from Nova Southeastern University. She completed her clinical psychology internship at St. Vincent Neuroscience Institute-St. Vincent Hospital and fellowships at both Mass General for Children at NSMC and Stony Brook Medicine. Originally from Long Island, Dr. Fontanetta specializes in the evaluation and therapeutic treatment of children with brain-based behavior and psychiatric disorders.
