I am a modern and hip child/adolescent and adult psychotherapist looking to remove the stigma of therapy by making it accessible, solution based and engaging to young kids and teens. Therapy shouldn't be a punishment or a seen as a defeat. Yes of course, we will do hard work and it won't always be easy, but with years of experience and education, I am able to connect with my young clients and show them that together we can find a solution.

MRM Psychological Testing and Clinical Services provides comprehensive, goal directed treatment in order to improve emotional health and well being. I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help children and adolescents who are feeling sad, irritable, frustrated, angry, or anxious. Through therapy, I work with families to help children cope with school, social, family, or health problems. In addition to CBT, I incorporate other treatment techniques to best help you and your child (e.g., play therapy, interpersonal therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, family systems, and psychodynamic techniques).

Dr. Spada is a distinguished psychotherapist with over two decades of experience, operating her practice in a discrete location in Colts Neck, New Jersey. She is the founder of LEAF by Dr. Dana Spada Psychotherapy, with locations in Little Silver, Sea Girt, and Hazlet, New Jersey. Dr. Spada brings a gravitational energy to her practice that is compassionate, warm and authentic.

My practice is dedicated to anxiety disorders with emphasis on OCD and OCD Related disorders. As such, approximately 85-90% of the clients that I am currently treating have this diagnosis. I have treated a significant amount of individuals and families who have been afflicted with the aforementioned challenges. I am passionate about helping individuals identify and implement coping strategies to assist in handling stressors and challenges they may face in their day-to-day life. I am dedicated to helping individuals achieve a sense of peace and serenity in today’s hectic world and help navigate through life's transitions. I utilize my knowledge of yoga to teach relaxation poses and mindfulness to my clients. Additionally, I have been trained to utilize yoga to help increase attention, manage sensory input, manage anxiety, and increase focus.
