I am the owner of the Robert Jason Grant Ed.D AutPlay Therapy Clinic. I am the creator of AutPlay Therapy. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with a variety of mental health needs. Some of my specializations include addressing the needs of neurodivergent children, adolescents, and adults (autism, ADHD, trauma issues, and anxiety and depression struggles). I am neurodiversity affirming and informed and provide individual, family, and group therapy. I provide in-office and telehealth services. I also offer parent training, coaching services, and various trainings for professionals and caregivers.

I enjoy working with children and adults, meeting with individuals, couples and families. Prior to joining the team at Synergy Counseling Center, I worked for a Community Health Center and an Indian Health Services Center in Alaska working across the lifespan. I approach therapy from an attachment-focused lens and believe we find healing through an integrated, wholistic approach to therapy.

Welcome to my page!! My name is Sarah Logan and here we are all individuals and have unique needs. Being a therapist expands how being a caregiver allows me to see you in a way that might have been missing before. My training in therapy has allowed me to see the "both/and" perspective. I am able to understand my clients' point of view from their side of the fence as I become more engaged in their journey. It is truly amazing what lending an empathetic ear and offering support can do for someone!

Life can present us with many unwanted and unexpected situations. Sometimes, it can be a traumatic situation, or maybe you are dealing with a child who has become withdrawn, not speaking, and is not socializing with the family. Perhaps you have some past trauma that has not been fully explored or resolved, or anxiety about the future. Whatever the circumstances, counseling may be able to help. I have worked with clients of all ages and with many different issues, including anxiety, depression, and ADHD as well as with patients experiencing past and current trauma.

Michael provides Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and reality based therapy for adults and play therapy for children. With a sense of humor, emotionally intelligent approach and honesty Michael can help you begin your therapy journey or continue on your path of healing.

I love creating a therapeutic space where people feel heard and accepted. My favorite part of my work is helping people understand themselves and their reactions so they can more fully embrace who they are. I also enjoy giving people practical tools to help them regulate their nervous system and feel less stressed. I am EMDR trained and Heart Math certified. Hello...I am mature, compassionate, caring, experienced, and have the ability to truly listen and respond to clients' concerns. I love doing therapy, and work equally well with children and adults. I provide in-home therapy as well as in office, and am a Missouri Medicaid Provider, so therapy for kids ages 3-21 has no copay. I personally have found therapy to be invaluable in getting through the tough times in life, and is nothing to feel ashamed of. Whatever issues you or your family may be having, I would love to help you.

I offer several services that include assessment, treatment planning, recovery support and case management in addition to counseling. I provide individual, family and group outpatient counseling for people of all ages. I work with people who may be struggling with relationship issues, anxiety issues, substance abuse and addiction and behavioral addictions, bullying, conflict resolution, grief loss issues, trauma and PTSD, anger management, adult and childhood ADHD, depression, bipolar disorder and other mood disorders. I also assist children and families with parent-child relational issues and behavior modification skill development. I have worked within the school system, inpatient and outpatient settings, in homes, and emergency rooms. I have trained youth to help peers on a local suicide hotline.

Touchstone was founded in 2005 by Dr. Cindy Baker. Her dream was to create a place that any member of the community could turn to without fear of stigma or ridicule by creating a safe setting and discreet healing environment. Telehealth permits our team to work with all Missouri residents with their counseling needs. We offer executive coaching, life coaching, community talks, workshops and seminars, anger management, court-ordered services, parenting education. Dr. Baker is offering a Mental Health Urgent Care model in her practice for extreme traumatic needs to reduce wait time for a session.
