I work with couples, individuals, families and children online, via teletherapy, as well as in person. I support my clients across the life span to heal from losses and improve their relationships. I have extensive experience with LGBTQ issues, child development, adoption, sexual abuse, parenting challenges, divorce, suicide, and life transitions. My specialized training includes play therapy, couples therapy, and experience in infant and pregnancy loss, complicated or unplanned pregnancies, and infant/toddler mental health.

By getting to know each patients individual needs and by creating trusting relationships, I hope to provide effective treatment to help patients live their best life.

Jessica received her Master of Social Work from Capella University in 2023, and is pursuing licensure through the state of Minnesota as a Graduate Social Worker. She received her Bachelor of Sciences in Psychology from the University of Minnesota in 2018. Jessica enjoys working with individuals, families, adolescents, and children and has experience working with individuals and families struggling with anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, Autism, FAS, PTSD, and more.

I primarily work with children experiencing behavioral struggles, difficulties in the parent-child relationship, anxiety, depression, trauma, and/or life stressors. In addition, I work with adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, life stressors, interpersonal relationship difficulties, and/or parenting stressors.

I am a clinical therapist specializing in the treatment of OCD, anxiety, and eating disorders. She holds a master’s degree in Co-Occurring Disorders Counseling with specialization in depression, grief, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, personality disorders, substance abuse, disordered eating, stepfamilies and justice involved individuals.

I began my clinical work providing play therapy to children with medical difficulties and traumas. I worked with children, parents and their siblings to help adjust to new diagnoses. Today, I work with children, adolescents & adults with symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, grief & loss, medical challenges and traumas and people having difficulty coping with life’s stressors. My primary goals are to help clients adjust more effectively to the present, and grow into more satisfying & successful futures.
