An ideal client, is an unideal person. If humans were perfect they wouldn't need therapy. I work with individuals, couples & families with a range of issues. I help people address unskilled thoughts, emotions &/or behaviors, helping them let go of things that are no longer serving them. If an individual desires to grow by developing their sense of awareness, while developing skills to help them lower their stress levels & address their issues, I can help. I work with all mental health conditions, or stress related issues. No issue is too small or too big for therapy. I am here to support others in their goals & personal growth.

There are thousands of therapists and counselors with thousands of treatment strategies & therapies in their toolboxes to help you overcome or perhaps manage whatever it is that is preventing you from living your best life. However, there is only one you. My overall focus is ensuring that the individuals that I support through their journey to achieving their best life, is that they know that they are leading the way. I feel that each individual's treatment should be customized to suit their specific needs, culture, knowledge base, and goals. I have the same toolbox but I don't open it until I know what to use and when to use it.

I works with parents to assure their children with special needs obtain the most appropriate education to address their unique needs. I have worked with attorneys, court systems, and public education agencies across the country to provide proper assessment and program development for students with a variety of needs. Sometimes, this means an Individual Education Plan needs to be developed. Other times, parents just need the assistance of a strong advocate to workout a meaningful solution when school officials and parents disagree. Still sometimes the solution is best handled in family, play, or individual therapy.
