I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Washington, D.C. and Maryland, with experience in, but not limited to, crisis management, parenting, relationship challenges, emotional distress, life transitions, and stress. In addition to therapy services, I routinely conduct trainings for professional development and provide supervision for graduate level counselors.
Although my practice primary focus is early childhood, I work with teens and adults too. I empower individuals to overcome obstacles, using evidence based approaches.
