I have offices in Redmond, WA and Portland, OR. I'm licensed in NY, OR, WA, currently inactive status in HI and CA but willing to activate HI. I do double sessions and am practicing virtually only. Treatment is very focused, short term, holistic therapy for a wide variety of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions and relationships. I work with families, couples or individuals of all ages.

I am a licensed, clinical psychologist with over 25 years of experience. I help clients address difficult, painful emotions and the concomitant thoughts and behaviors that hinder life and interfere with healthy development. My approach is developmental and psychodynamic. I focus not only on symptoms but, more importantly, on understanding and addressing root causes that create difficulties and interfere with health and progress. Within a safe, collaborative, confidential relationship, issues are addressed to facilitate a deeper self-understanding and a greater sense of freedom.

Wilson Clinical Services (WCS) provides psychotropic medication prescriptions (for Idaho residents) and neuropsychological exams. WCS also accepts referrals for all individuals for psychotherapy (including couples, family, & group) sessions. WCS has several clinicians, both male and female, who work with a variety of individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Having been licensed for sixteen years, I have worked extensively with children who present with anxiety, depression, a history of trauma including post-traumatic stress disorder, attention deficit, obsessive-compulsive disorder, autism, grief issues, and behavioral concerns.

One of the beautiful things about counseling is having the privilege to hear individual's stories. Each therapeutic interaction presents with unique history, strengths, and concerns. I operate primarily from an Interpersonal orientation which looks at the counseling relationship as a "safe haven" to facilitate the change each client desires. I believe that relationship - with self and with others - heals. I strive to hold space and actively participate with each client desiring change, counseling and working toward congruence of body, mind and spirit.

I am deeply passionate about what I do with children and their families. It's a privilege to sit in a room or play with another human being and have them share with you their suffering, their joy, their anger, their confusion, their sorrow, and their successes. I strongly believe that mental health is essential to a person’s well-being, a healthy family, interpersonal relationships, and the ability and possibility to live a full and productive life.

During individual therapy with adults, our work will be geared towards finding balance in navigating the unknown and building coping tools. Raising healthy and happy children with ADHD can be a big job, but the good news is that you do not have to do it alone. There is a lot that can be done to help! ADHD is a complex neurodevelopmental condition that impacts each child differently. ADHD has little to do with how "smart" your child might be, but it has a lot to do with your child's ability to regulate their attention, mood, and behaviors. When symptoms of ADHD lead to lower self-esteem, mental health concerns, behavioral challenges, or academic struggles, it is a good time to seek professional help.

I'm Dr. Lily, a board certified child and adolescent psychologist. Put simply, I work with kids and their parents to make daily life easier. I help kids develop their inner resources to manage the difficulties they are facing and help parents develop skills to allow their child to thrive. I love the work I do and am honored to help families during their challenging times. With over a decade of experience in school and medical settings, I specialize in working with children and adolescents with anxiety, depression, chronic illness, pain management, picky eating/ARFID, encopresis, and tic disorders.
