I specialize in the treatment of Childhood and Adolescent Disorders as well as Anxiety and Depression Disorders with Adults and Families.

Social Coaching Club, Inc. is a full-service Social Skills Development Center offering social skills coaching and/or therapeutic services depending on the clients' needs. We work with children, adolescents, parents, families and individual adults to assess specific needs and to tailor services to best meet those needs.

I believe that everyone has the potential for self-growth and positive change is most reachable with accountability in an unconditional supportive environment. I utilize strength-based treatment, such as building one's "toolbox" or set of coping, assertiveness, and communication skills, and incorporate outside supports to enhance the therapeutic process. With children, I utilize a directive play method and also feel it's critical for parents to be involved in the therapeutic process through family sessions. With teens or adults, I utilize a solution-focused style and cognitive-behavioral techniques.

I provide individual counseling with students from elementary school through college to help provide tools and coping skills for success. I also conduct psycho-educational assessments to identify a student's barrier to school success, both academically, and social-emotionally. Any learning, behavioral, or mental health disorders are identified, including ADHD, Specific Learning Disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability. I also provide Gifted testing.
