I have enjoyed working in Colorado Springs as a therapist for the past 20+ years with both individuals and group counseling. We all experience emotional pain, physical pain or a combination of the two at different times in our lives. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to establish a collaborative effort with my clients to modify beliefs, assumptions and behaviors with the goal of solving emotional and behavioral problems.
