I have a broad range of counseling experience working with young children, adolescents, and adults of all ages. I use EMDR and cognitive behavioral therapy and to assist clients who are interested in establishing better communication skills, have a desire to build healthier relationships, and want to learn positive strategies when dealing with life's day to day challenges.

I am a licensed psychologist dedicated to working with children and families. I treat a number of childhood emotional and behavioral disorders and have advanced training and experience in the treatment of mood disorders and anxiety disorders (e.g., OCD, social phobia, and selective mutism). I also have unique experience in providing psychotherapy to children and adolescents whose emotional problems occur alongside developmental differences, such as autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, or mental retardation.

Dr. Bonny Stewart is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Specialist in School Psychologist, and Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor. She has advanced specialization working with children and families. Her passion is to help parents find answers and understanding to help their child succeed at home, school, and in all aspects of their lives.

Holly and her staff of licensed therapists have extensive experience treating childhood disorders like ADHD/LD, Autism Spectrum, unipolar and bipolar depression, aggression, anxiety, oppositional behavior, attachment disorders, and social skill problems. We help parents develop positive behavior plans to reduce behavior difficulties at home and school. Marital and other family relationship issues are also addressed. We use a short term, cognitive behavioral approach to provide practical advise and proven strategies to help resolve problems as quickly and efficiently as possible.

With a Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology and a Master's degree in Science of Counseling from Southern Methodist University, Dr. Moein works with children, adolescents, adults, couples, families and groups. Dr. Moein has also gained advanced training in substance dependency and adolescence counseling. In psychotherapy, Tannaz pays close attention to the importance of whole and complete system of individuals. She believes in experiences, consciousness, and that people are creative and can shape their personality. Her approach to counseling is to help clients believe that individuals have within themselves the capacity for growth through better understanding of themselves, development of better relationships, and encouragement.

I specialize in treating adults, children & adolescents with OCD, anxiety & other mental and behavioral health issues using evidence-based, cognitive behavioral (CBT) strategies including exposure & response prevention (ERP). My work is guided by research on the most effective theory, approach, and strategies for OCD & anxiety. I am available for traditional outpatient therapy as well as more intensive "in vivo" treatment in your home, school, car, or wherever your symptoms are most problematic. I offer these non-traditional services because OCD & anxiety are most effectively treated wherever they "live" in your daily life.

I am passionate about working with individuals with High Functioning Autism, Asperger's Syndrome, and PDD-NOS to achieve increased social skills, insight, social thinking, and quality of life. I also work with individuals that are not on the spectrum, specifically anxious and depressive disorders. My clinic, Spectra Therapies + Evaluations, has a team of psychologists (PhD, PsyD), counselors (LPC), and interns that provide various evaluations, therapies, and advocacies. My team and I provide evaluations for ages 20 months through late adulthood. We specialize in autism evaluations.

Working with individuals on the Autism Spectrum has been my life’s work. I own a private practice that focuses on providing counseling and comprehensive evaluation of autism. I have an emphasis on working with females on the spectrum. I also write books, textbooks, journal articles, and speak internationally on improving identification and services. Lifeworks Counseling Center, PLLC has been in business since 1992. We provide therapy for ages 4 and up. We have 9 therapists (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) who provide counseling for almost any emotional/mental/spiritual challenge people face in today's culture. We have therapists on most major insurance and EAP panels and also work with private pay clients as well.

I provide a warm, energetic, compassionate atmosphere to help make my clients and their families feel at ease. Whether that means talking while playing ping pong or talking via telehealth. I believe that when a child is in their element, they are more likely to be receptive to the therapeutic process. This is why our office has several play and activity rooms. I also believe that communication with parents is the key to success, so I communicate frequently with parents via email or with parent meetings.
