My practice specializes in working with children and teenagers. I use interactive techniques including play therapy, sandtray therapy, and art therapy to help keep kids and teens engage and allow them to communicate in a variety of ways. I enjoy working with kids and teens, but most importantly, they enjoy the work they accomplish with me. I believe in treating the whole family so I additionally work with parents to provide parenting skills and educational support. I also work with adults, providing a person-centered approach to help them achieve their personal goals. Each person’s treatment is individualized and unique.

As a Board Certified Psychologist, I work closely with children, adolescents, adults, and their families, dealing with a challenging combination of psychiatric and/or neurological issues or crises. I am well-versed in various therapy techniques including Client-Centered Therapy, Play Therapy, Sand Tray, Expressive Arts, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Anger Management, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness Practices, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I would describe my style of therapy as warm, authentic, and compassionate.
