My therapy utilizes elements of Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and Level II Attachment Based Family Therapy (ABFT). ABFT is an evidenced based practice that has been shown to reduce depression and suicidal ideation in teenagers.
