Many of the clients I work with are thoughtful, self-aware individuals who still feel stuck in patterns they can’t fully explain. They may be navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, identity questions, or major life transitions. Some feel pressure to meet expectations from family, culture, or society while trying to understand who they truly are. I work best with clients who are curious about themselves and open to exploring how their experiences, beliefs, and emotions shape the way they move through the world.
My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in curiosity. I draw from Adlerian therapy, CBT, narrative, and person-centered approaches. I also incorporate somatic awareness and mindfulness, exploring how thoughts, emotions, and past experiences show up in the body to support deeper insight and lasting change.

I aim to create a space where you can slow down, explore what’s happening, and make sense of patterns that may have shaped your experiences for years.
