You may be feeling stuck in patterns shaped by trauma or long-standing relationship struggles. Many of my clients struggle with Complex PTSD, sexual intimacy issues, or treatment-resistant depression and anxiety. Some are simply tired of therapy that feels scripted or cookie-cutter and want real change. I provide a non-judgmental, direct, and genuine environment to work toward real change. My work is for people ready to engage seriously, even when uncomfortable. My military, dependent, and civilian clients like that I am blunt and direct in therapy, avoiding trite therapy terms and tailoring sessions to clients' specific needs.
I specialize in treatment-resistant PTSD, depression, and anxiety with individuals, as well as intimacy, communication, and sexual issues with couples. I am a veteran with expertise in complex trauma, and licensed to work with both evidence-based therapeutic techniques as well as natural medicines to promote lasting healing (psychedelic-assisted treatment).
Therapy is difficult, and sometimes it takes the right time, place, and person to make it work. I believe by identifying individual strengths, you may be empowered to grow in a positive direction. I am genuine, honest, and blunt. As an alternative to standard treatment, I provide regulated, legal psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy within regulated spaces.
