My practice is dedicated to supporting parents and caregivers with infants and young children. I offer brief parent consultation and ongoing psychotherapy for parent-child relationship problems, concerns about early childhood development, attachment, emotional regulation, pre and postpartum depression and anxiety, traumatic stress, and couple issues related to parenting. Parents in my practice also benefit from having a space to explore how their own upbringing has impacted their parenting choices and responses.
In addition to my training as a clinical psychologist, I completed my pre and postdoctoral training in child-parent psychotherapy (CPP) at the UCSF Infant-Parent Program and Child Trauma Research Program, where I specialized in working with families experiencing acute and chronic stress.
My office is in the Laurel Heights neighborhood of San Francisco.
