My goal is to assist you in performing at optimal levels - in relationships, careers, sports, addictions, or school. I help you understand who you are, what you desire, and what blocks you from ideal performance. We face these blocks together head on and move to a place where you are living, experiencing and performing YOUR quality life. I have the belief that anything is possible with the right people and the right process.

I consider myself a performance psychologist - assisting people from all walks of life "perform" better and more consistently in numerous aspects of their lives. My years of experience in sport psychology as a consultant, clinician, professor and author helps me bring a fresh, positive and unique approach to my clients.

Mental Training for HS Student-Athletes

This group is limited to 10 individuals at a time. It is for high school student-athletes who want to learn to mentally perform better in their sport. Numerous high school and college athletes have skills and talent, but do not execute their skills when it counts - they do not "perform." This group address all of the various mental and emotional skills and blocks - performing under pressure, ideal focus, pre-game routines, imagery/visualization, teamwork and communication, productive self-talk, overcoming adversity, maintaining persistence. Books and homework assignments are part of this group. Meets for a total of 8 sessions.

This group is for any individual struggling with chronic pain. This group provides support and teaches skills for coping with a chronic pain condition. Dealing with chronic pain is one of the most mentally and emotionally challenging issues any human being can face. We understand this fact and provide both love support and encouragement as well as education to live your life with purpose and intent. We want you to focus on living, not always on making the pain go away. Connecting with others going through similar situations and who truly understand is extremely empowering!
