Hello. My name is Todd Hart, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I Have worked in mental health field for the last 12 years and have a background of working with substance use disorders. I enjoy working with all types of clients. I have a lot of experience working with clients who experience anxiety, depression, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, and substance use disorders. I have a special interest in working with current Military Personnel, Veterans, First Responders, Public Safety, Health Care, and other Emergency Workers.
What you can expect from me in therapy is an honest, ethical, down to earth, and realistic approach. I want to help give you the best possible outcome that you can have. I am not your traditional therapist and want to help give you a newer, better approach to making the changes that you want and need in your life.
Simply put, I attempt to create a space where clients can go and feel safe and be comfortable discussing issues that are not always easy to talk about. I try to create a space that the client wants to come to and where they feel welcome, heard, and understood. It also important to interject a lighthearted approach where appropriate.
