I utilize strengths-based, Solution Focused therapy as the primary structure for my work while integrating other clinical approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. Emphasis is placed on existing client strengths, as well as developing coping strategies to find a way forward.
I have unconditional positive regard for others. People really do carry the keys to success within themselves. I strive to utilize the strengths and resources of the clients I work with to help unlock that success. I've had many good outcomes helping people with life transitions, depression, stress management, substance use, family conflict and men's issues.
