Welcome to my page. I have been in practice with a healthcare organization for past 16+ years servicing hundreds of families, adults, and child/adolescents in a variety of treatment methods. During this time, I've had the opportunity to practice and teach Narrative Therapy, Family Therapy, and Feedback Informed Treatment (FIT). I serve as the Regional Lead for Performance Excellence for Northern California where I help instruct, program plan, and develop curriculum for Northern California and nationally. FIT collaboratively centers the clients voice &values for treatment and tracks progress over time to meet their goals.
I primarily work from a Narrative Practice by engaging clients with the natural and intuitive way we make meaning out of our lives. This is primarily done through thoughtful, respectful, and collaborative questioning. This kind of therapy helps clients curiously explore their own sense of themselves through their lived experience, intentions, and values.
I want to say that I really enjoy what I do and feel privileged to be able to help side by side to assist people to restore their lives back from problems. This includes all ages and all problems. People are not the sum of their problems and problems only exist because of what we care about. I hope we can work together toward a hopeful future. Thank you.
