I have been married since July of 2002 and had worked in the IT industry for over 23 years prior to a career shift into becoming a therapist in July of 2021. Prior to that, I served in the Marine Corps and now experience a different crucible serving as a father to three teenage children.
There has been much in my lifetime that grants me an understanding of how challenging life can get. Ideally, we want to share or unburden with someone who has walked a bit in our shoes.
This is how I approach therapy when helping individuals, couples and families. In a compassionate and caring way, I see the struggles of others, hear their stories and know, if just a little, what it might be like to experience what they share in the therapy room.
