My name is Tobias Gale, and I specialize in mindfulness-based therapy and inner child work. It is my belief that supporting a client’s journey to living from greater authenticity and wholeness comes from acknowledging and affirming all parts of ourselves and taking loving actions that support our body, heart, and mind.
