Hello and welcome to my psychotherapy practice. It is a safe supportive space to address the difficulties that you would like to resolve and gain strength from your increasing self-awareness. There is within all of us, great potential to access our inner resources and live a more rewarding and fulfilling life. Yet all too often emotional concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, fears, eating disorders, blockages that hold us back from action, and even old habits prevent us from being the person we would like to be.
I offer a variety of clinical methods: psychodynamic therapy, hypnosis, CBT, EMDR, energy psychology, personalized meditation, and stress reduction because you may have preferences and also different emotional issues may respond more positively to specific modalities. I also offer services by computer for clients unable to come to the office.
Therapy is a journey that can transform you and when you change yourself you change your world. In addition to being a licensed clinical social worker, I am also an academic research psychologist and have written a book about physical illness as a positive turning point in life.
