I have been licensed as a therapist for 14 years. I have done some type of counseling in the Nashville area since 2001. I know life is hard and it's never one thing that causes us to begin looking for help. Addiction, relationships stress, depression, anxiety and behavior issues are all catalysts for someone to begin a relationship with a therapist. I offer individual, couples and family therapy in a safe and confidential environment. I enjoy working with individuals and couples to see lives change and to see healing begin. I use solution-focused strategies reach goals that we set together.

Let me ask you a few questions! Lately, have you been feeling overwhelmed by life's obstacles? Have you experienced feelings of anxiety, depression, or anger that you just can't quite manage? Do you desire peace, joy, and the ability to live life to the fullest, regardless of inevitable obstacles or unresolved trauma? We each have strengths and skills to carry us through, and it is my passion to help each client through that process. Sometimes life throws things at us that leave us shaken and confused, but even then, we can and will persevere. I am incredibly honored to work with each and every client through that journey!

I meet clients where they are, whether through death, divorce, or other major life changes— in-office, via telehealth, or outdoors through walk-and-talk therapy for those who enjoy incorporating movement and mindfulness into their sessions.
Life brings both challenges and opportunities for growth, and sometimes we all need a safe, supportive space to process and heal. As a Master's Level Clinician, I provide compassionate, client-centered therapy for individuals, couples, and families. I support children as young as 4 through play therapy, offering a nurturing environment to explore emotions, build resilience, and strengthen family connections. I have a deep passion for helping clients navigate trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and life transitions

I offer therapy session in-person, in a comfortable office, or online via video.
While having experience working with many different subject matters, I especially enjoy working with women's issues and career-oriented individuals as they explore ways to balance all of life's demands. Often times, I see clients who are frustrated and feel "stuck" by their current circumstances and relationships. Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or depressed is a normal part of life, but it can be hard to sort through and determine new needs and why you feel this way. Together, we will focus on determining the root of these frustrations and solutions to getting "unstuck."

If needed or preferred, Telehealth can be provided instead of in-person visits.
My ideal client is someone who is searching for change and looking to build a life worth living! I believe that beauty can come from ashes, and no matter what your past may hold, it does not have to define your future possibilities.

I chose to become a counselor because I believe that while there is so much pain in the world, there are not always enough effective resources for healing. I have witnessed many people, weighed down by hurt and anger, who genuinely desire change but feel so stuck they don’t know where to begin. On my own journey to becoming a counselor, I’ve learned that hope can sometimes feel difficult to hold onto and change can feel overwhelming — yet when hope is rediscovered, it becomes a powerful source of strength. As change begins, the feeling of being stuck starts to loosen, and true.
