Life can be hard sometimes. When life gets difficult, sometimes it can help to lean on someone for support; someone who listens, understands, cares, and is there for us. At times, we need someone to share our burdens with. We can become overwhelmed with stress, loss, relationship difficulties, feeling overwhelmed, life transitions, and so much more. These challenges often make us feel alone and isolated and can overwhelm anyone: adults, teens, couples, or individuals. Sometimes, we even think that we are the only ones who have ever felt this way or had to deal with a specific hurt or injustice.
