My education prepared me for any need that comes through my door but I especially enjoy working with families, children and adolescents with the many issues that can come up in a home. I believe that each family are the experts of their own home and I am only there temporarily to help them find solutions and focus in their struggles.

Over the past 40 years I have of provided counseling and coaching in a broad range of issues. Betrayal which is a very painful experience s one of my specialities As an experienced therapist and one who has experienced betrayal I have extensive experience in counseling others in this area and recently I published a book on betrayal, The Judas Kiss, Growing Beyond Betrayal. Another speciality is Parent Alienation. Throughout my many years I have often counseled individuals who are suffering the loss of relationship with one or more of their children.

I have worked with individuals from elementary age through mature adults with an emphasis on adolescent years. I’ve learned a lot in community mental health, working with individuals that are depressed, anxious, suicidal. Many causes are external, either through relationships or past events, but some are internal, through biology and self-concept. I hope to help people discover themselves and how to accept themselves for who they are. I’m available Mondays and Wednesdays by telehealth and Tuesdays in person.

Daniel Haile is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, with a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy and certificate of conflict resolution from Abilene Christian University. He also has a Youth Ministry degree from Harding University. Daniel seeks to provide confidential and affordable counseling to the surrounding community, guided by Christian values, professional services and quality counseling. He has experience in providing counseling for couples in crisis, families in crisis, and teens. Appointments are available on Saturdays. Services may be offered on a sliding-scale payment plan.

I'll help you focus on the things that are most important to you and learn to overcome the barriers that get in your way (e.g. stress, anxiety, relationships, etc.). This will include helping you gain a deeper understanding of your concerns as well as teaching you specific skills and strategies you can use to manage the challenges you face, and ultimately move toward the goals you have in your life.
