I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rapid Resolution Therapy (Hypnotherapy), and Neurofeedback.

My services include individual, family, and couples/marital therapy. I primarily work with adults and couples. I believe that disturbances of thought, feeling, and behavior are caused by ‘obstacles’ to healthy brain functioning. In addition to my work as a therapist, I also work as a board-certified neurofeedback clinician and utilize my holistic understanding of the brain and body as part of my therapeutic approach.
As you grew up and made your way through the world, you may have found yourself disconnected. You may have been told that who you are isn't okay and needs to be changed to be acceptable. You may have found that your relationships don't feel as satisfying as you hoped they would be. You may, as a result, find yourself with that nagging feeling that no matter what, you're somehow too much and not enough all at the same time. As your therapist, I want to help you get back in touch with who you are so you can live more authentically into your values, identity, and desires.

One of the most difficult questions to answer is often the simplest one: What do you want? We often fixate on the needs and desires of others, losing touch with our own. I believe your desires are powerful beyond belief. They make you unique and hold the key that unlock freedom and opportunity. As we discover them, we can heal blocks, often past trauma, that hold us back, in order to create something new. I'd love to partner with you and explore where you've been and want to go. Together, we will co-create a beautiful path forward and write a compelling next chapter where you play the Hero.

Neurofeedback: Helps with Emotional Regulation and Brain Function for Lasting Change.
Overwhelmed by trauma or stuck in old patterns? You're not alone. Perhaps you’ve tried talking it through, but the same emotional patterns keep resurfacing. You might feel stuck, emotionally shut down, anxious, or just exhausted from always holding it together. You want more than coping skills; you want deep, lasting healing. I specialize in Somatic and Attachment-Focused EMDR I help clients process both “big T” and “small t” trauma, even when there’s no clear memory or event. Many of my clients don’t see themselves as “traumatized,” yet they feel something is chronically off. If that’s you, you are in the right place.

My practice integrates trauma-informed therapy, neurofeedback, and play-based modalities to support the mind and nervous system in healing.
Healing is not about “fixing” what’s broken—it’s about reclaiming the parts of yourself that were never truly seen, heard, or nurtured. I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families who are navigating complex trauma, anxiety, depression, autism, and sexual concerns. Whether you’re a parent trying to understand your child’s needs, an individual feeling stuck in emotional pain, or a couple searching for deeper connection, I provide a compassionate space where growth and transformation are not just possible—they're expected.

My favorite all-time bumper sticker: Don't Believe Everything You Think! Obviously, everyone has problems in life, but both sages and scientists have discovered that how we think about our problems is a crucial variable in whether we grow through difficulties (past or present), or get mired in difficult emotions and unhelpful behavior patterns. While we all have unique histories and personalities, what leads to healing and change generally applies to all of us. But more than ever, we are living on "autopilot," and just trying to keep up. All the while, our busy minds provide a running commentary, often full of fear and criticism.

I take a holistic approach to therapy integrating Relational Life Therapy, EMDR, & LENS Neurofeedback to support emotional healing & personal growth.
You’re not here for surface-level advice or another “just communicate better” conversation. You want real change. Real clarity. Real connection. Most of my clients are women and couples who are tired of repeating the same patterns—overthinking, overgiving, stuck in conflict, or carrying pain that won’t let up. You’ve done the books, the podcasts, maybe even therapy before… and you’re still feeling stuck. That’s where we do it differently. I’m direct, engaged, and actually in it with you. We’ll get honest about what’s not working, make sense of why, and build something that actually holds up outside the therapy room.

How does neurofeedback work?
Neurofeedback is a type of biofeedback, meaning it provides real-time information about one’s physiological functions—in this case, brain activity. As they receive this feedback, clients are guided by a computer program, typically via visual or auditory cues, which aims to modify the brain patterns associated with their negative symptoms. Over time, proponents argue, clients learn how to better regulate their own brain function and improve the symptoms that cause problems in day-to-day life.

How effective is neurofeedback?
Some research has found that neurofeedback can help treat conditions like ADHD, and anecdotal evidence suggests that many people who undergo neurofeedback find it beneficial. However, some experts have expressed skepticism, arguing that the evidence in favor of neurofeedback is thin or may be due to the placebo effect. While the procedure is generally seen as safe and has few side effects, it is not typically considered a first-line therapy and is instead often recommended as an adjunct treatment.

What are the limitations of neurofeedback?
Neurofeedback is generally considered safe and most patients report manageable side effects, or none at all. However, the research on neurofeedback remains inconclusive, and some experts are skeptical that it’s as effective as its proponents claim. It can also be costly and may not be covered by insurance; thus, it’s important to confirm cost and insurance coverage before initiating a neurofeedback program.

How long does neurofeedback last?
A typical neurofeedback session lasts between 30 and 60 minutes. There is no set number of sessions needed for a course of neurofeedback. Before initiating a neurofeedback regimen, clients are advised to discuss the treatment timeline with their provider, as well as when they might expect to see results.
