Specializing in recovery management, I believe a new life without chemical dependency begins once a commitment to change and a desire to discover the true self is sought. Recovery support for individuals and families is my primary focus with studies showing positive outcomes increase with a continuum of care beyond initial treatment.
Other issues addressed include anxiety, depression, trauma, codependency, and family of origin. Techniques applied are energy healing, thermal biofeedback, visualization, and mindfulness along with traditional approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and twelve-step facilitation.
