On the surface everything's great. You went through the motions, did what you were supposed to do- maybe some mistakes on the way- but overall you created a life that should be fulfilling. Yet, something is off. You can identify numerous wins and opportunities for gratitude, but it feels like an act. As a result, you shame yourself, you tell yourself you're not trying hard enough or something is broken inside of you and maybe you're not worthy of all you worked hard for. So you go into overdrive, or maybe pretend the feeling isn't there. But the feeling doesn't go away- it expands each day until you ask yourself, "Who even am I?"

I work with individuals and partnerships who are neurodivergent (ASD, ADHD) those in “alternative” relationship structures (LGBTQIA+, ENM, poly, open, swinging, kink), those who have experienced trauma, struggle with depression or anxiety, are hoping to do some self-exploration (sexual, gender, career, religious, etc.), or are looking for a change. Because every person is unique, your needs and desires will also be unique. I approach my work through a trauma-informed lens, using evidence-based practices that find a balance between thinking and feeling and emphasize the importance of connection, experience and safety.

My goal is to assist you in therapy to help discover your true self, and lead you to a life worth celebrating. While no one can change difficult situations or experiences of the past, you and I can work together to better understand and resolve the challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapeutic approaches and techniques, I will help you change long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

You’re doing the brave and exhausting work of trying to hold yourself together while also unraveling the parts of you that no longer fit. Maybe you're carrying the weight of childhood wounds that never got the care they needed, disentangling from a rigid religious past, or exploring your LGBTQ+ identity trying to find a sense of wholeness in a world (or family system) that made you feel fragmented. You want more than just coping; you want connection, authenticity, and real inner peace.

Many of my clients are thoughtful, driven individuals who’ve built impressive lives while carrying silent burdens—grief, trauma, shame, or disconnection. They often identify as high-achieving, insightful, & maybe a little perfectionistic. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, sexual trauma, or complexities in your relationships, I offer a space where you don’t have to hold it all together. Here, you can be messy, honest, & deeply human. I practice from an existential & trauma-informed foundation, blending philosophical depth with practical tools. I’m an AASECT-Certified Sex Therapist, trained in EMDR & other evidence-based modalities.
