With a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and over 20 years of counseling experience, I can help you get through life's trials and tribulations. I am a licensed clinical social worker specializing in stress, grief, depression, anxiety, suicide prevention, chronic management illness, crises management, as well as in coping skills in both adolescents and adults. My expertise is a combination of professional and personal skills that can help any person tackle unexpected life crisis. I have experience in couples counseling, family counseling, group counseling, and career counseling.

I use my training as a Clinical Psychologist along with humor, compassion and experiential knowledge. I work with adults who want to make life changes. Frequently, I work with people in crisis, addressing acute depression, panic or grief. We can't change the past but we can change self defeating patterns or relationships in the present. I also work with people who have suffered abuse to live as survivors, not victims.

Hi! I'm Jill. I received my masters in counseling from the University of Memphis in 2009. I have been practicing since that time. I am experienced with anxiety, depression, trauma work and eating disorders. I am trained in EMDR and very experienced with the treatment of eating disorders, as I have worked at various levels of care. Please note my doodle Maisie is being trained and will join us as an emotional support pup in the office once she is ready. Thus for your safety, NO dog allergies.

I've spent the earlier parts of my career providing restorative therapy through leisure, recreation and expressive arts with children, adolescents and adults. I have recently been working with client experiencing crisis and connecting them with support and resources to aid in coping and stabilization.
