The most important parts of mental wellness are the ability to increase one’s self-awareness and broaden one’s perspective. As your counselor, I will provide a safe and judgment free environment for you to gain a better understanding of whatever issues you are dealing with as an individual, couple, or in any other types of romantic relationships. The main goal of most clients is "to feel better," and I am here to help you make that goal more specific so that you can grow in the areas most important to you. I also strive to destigmatize counseling for men, Black / African-Americans, and other minority groups.

Why not, just at the end, Just Be Kind? -Doctor Who Does it feel like life is stressing you out? Does it feel like there is this tension, but you don't know what it is? It takes effort to drop all those things that bother you daily. I work with people who are ready to find a safe, supportive space to explore what they need in therapy—whether that's healing from trauma, managing anxiety or depression, coping with chronic illness, or simply navigating life's challenges. Together, we'll work to understand what’s not working, and build healthier habits that support the life you want.

I assist clients (neurotypical, neurodivergent, and neurodiverse) to achieve goals and make adjustments in their life that allow them to be their best self. Most clients’ desire to improve, however, don't fully have the necessary tools to make this goal a reality. Typically, they feel stuck, overwhelmed, and have mixed emotions regarding their situation. Many clients need assistance and guidance in managing and coping with various live changes. I provide clients with an opportunity to be supported in a safe environment where their thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment that utilizes integrative interventions.
