My work is focused on adults who have experienced relational and/or attachment trauma within their families of origin, which can lead to anxiety, depression, dissociation, and other mental health struggles.
My primary treatment modality is Internal Family Systems, which helps clients establish curiosity, presence, and courage as they seek to better understand themselves & work towards healing. I believe my clients already have everything they need for recovery & through a relational approach, are able to access their full capacity to live a more enriched life.
