My primary work today is with those individuals struggling to achieve the best version of themselves. A variety of factors are at play here from past trauma, difficulty connecting, tragic life events, self sabotaging or self destructive coping skills, among others that get in our own way. I offer a place for the individual to explore past patterns and create a new narrative for a new future.

You may be feeling stuck, burned out, or carrying experiences that still weigh on you. Anxiety, depression, trauma, or moral injury may be affecting your sense of direction, relationships, or confidence. Many of the people I work with are capable and responsible, yet feel disconnected from meaning or unsure why things no longer feel sustainable. You want relief, clarity, and a way forward that makes sense—not quick fixes or surface-level answers.

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor. I am passionate about helping clients reach their treatment goals. Outside of behavioral health care and in my free time, I enjoy being a homebody and all of the peace that comes with it, activity nights with my family, and listening to music.
In Therapy, I operate with the belief that my clients are the experts in their life and I am the professional. We work together to maximize clients reaching their goals in therapy. I rely on the client's expertise in their life experiences as much as they rely on my professional knowledge, compassion and skill sets in therapeutic sessions.

We're all living lives filled with the challenges, wonders, conflicts, surprises, grief and pain, joys and gratitude that make for a grand story. And we find meaning in the context of our relationships with self, others, and, if you're so inclined, a higher power. Like every good story, there are moments where we discover that we need help—we need another to join us, support us, and guide us on our journeys.

If you’ve ever left a therapy session feeling unheard, misunderstood, or like the therapist’s perspective simply didn’t align with your values, you’re not alone. Finding the right therapeutic fit matters—and if those experiences have made you hesitant to try again, I understand.
My approach to therapy lives a little outside the traditional mold. I’m passionate about creating a space where people who often feel like outsiders—whether you’re neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, exploring nontraditional relationships, questioning faith, or simply feel a bit different from the norm—can feel seen, respected, and understood.

Going to therapy can be a tough decision to make and you might have a lot of different feelings about being here. We all have "stuff" that we are holding on to and sometimes we did not choose for that "stuff" to be there. That "stuff" comes from a variety of places throughout our lives: from our past, from our family lineage, or maybe it just arrived. Regardless of its origin, my role is to help you access the process of the healing you already have within you with. I am dedicated to guiding you in exploring your potential for living a life you want to create. It would be an honor to share this space with you!
