Through an integration of science and faith, I bring 30 years of experience, ongoing training and a very relational style to those who just long to be seen and heard. I am currently offering an online 12 week workshop for couples that integrates weekly in-person or live telehealth visits with essential learning through video modules that equips couples for the work needed for meaningful connection. This workshop, ReDiscover Us is available to anyone at any location inside or outside of Tennessee.

E’dee is passionate about helping individuals who are struggling with grief and loss, anxiety, OCD, depression, domestic violence and post-separation abuse and life transitions. E’dee enjoys using creative interventions with clients such as play therapy for children and sandtray therapy for both children and adults. E’dee believes that warmth and empathy rest at the heart of human connection. Through a holistic approach, E’dee strives to encourage and empower clients along their path to healing. She enjoys helping clients forge meaning and understand how resilient they truly are!

I love hearing client’s unique stories and walking with them through whatever life brings their way. I want to help clients get to the root of their issues rather than staying on the surface of the same patterns. I desire to help clients get out of survival mode by opening their hearts and learning more of who they are so they can live life fully the way God made them. I have experience in both private practice and residential treatment. I have worked closely with those dealing with addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, grief and loss, self-esteem issues, codependency, marriage counseling, and relationship issues.

Over the course of life, we can all experience ups and downs, joy, pain, times of stress. In times of distress and discomfort, one can struggle with feeling life is spiraling out of control. Lesley Rickman is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in trauma-informed care. She has extensive training in LENS Neurofeedback, EMDR, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, and utilizes these approaches, among others, in her work with clients. With a focus on holistic healing and a deep understanding of the impact of trauma on the mind and body, Lesley is dedicated to helping her clients achieve lasting transformation and improved well-being. In addition to her clinical practice, Lesley is also involved in community education and advocacy efforts aimed at promoting awareness of the importance of trauma-informed care.

Current wait time only 3-5 days! I enjoy working with adolescents and adults in individual therapy who struggle to understand and overcome mental health issues. I am passionate about helping people find healing to reach their full potential. Clients often come feeling shame and guilt. My goal is to educate clients so they can better understand themselves and collaboratively establish goals to work toward healing. I have worked with children & families for over 20 years. Some of the areas I worked were in-home services, therapeutics foster care, crisis nursery, adoption, hospital setting & outpatient psychotherapy in the local mental health facility. I really enjoy helping my clients & I like to see them progress through the issues & symptoms they start off with. I see adults too for life issues, anxiety & loss but I specialize with children. I use play therapy to help client find fun while they are working on hard issues & building skills. I love to think outside the box & help clients move forward.
