Clients that I have seen have struggled with issues such as trauma, depression, anxiety, relationships, self-worth, self-discovery, life transitions, neurodivergence, self-harming and suicidal ideation, aging from as young as 6 to their 80's. They have searched for guidance and direction that are specific to their wants and needs in their life. Some have only had to receive brief therapy while others have had the need for longer durations of therapy.

If you’re trying to reconnect in your relationship—or questioning whether to stay—it can help to talk with someone who understands how sex, intimacy, and connection are tied together. Over time, stress, life demands, and past experiences can affect desire, performance, and closeness. I work with individuals and couples navigating issues like erectile dysfunction, infidelity, arousal difficulties, and anxiety around intimacy. My approach is practical, respectful, and focused on helping you feel more connected and less stuck. You don’t have to have this figured out before reaching out.

Hi, I’m Lauren Graham, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I work with women who feel disconnected from desire, intimacy, or themselves. You may love your partner but rarely want sex, feel guilty for saying no, or wonder why intimacy has started to feel like pressure instead of connection. Together, we explore what may be affecting your desire, including stress, emotional safety, relationship patterns, body image, mental health, and past experiences. Therapy is not about forcing desire. It is about understanding yourself, reducing pressure, communicating your needs, and creating an intimate life that feels authentic to you.
