Learn to trust yourself, your body, and your intuition, using parts work, energy work, and trauma work to move through the stuckness holding you back. This work is done oh, so gently and lovingly, and I believe this is the only way truly to go as deep in healing as we need. Reverent, consensual, trauma-informed, and non-pathologizing. You'll use mind-body, mindfulness, and energy work to get through the hard stuff so you can live the life you love and actually align with. (We do what's safe for *you* and sometimes that means avoiding meditation stuff.) Everything changes when you don't have to constantly second-guess yourself.
You'll understand your inner world (and inner conflicts, hello!) better, and how that inner world is influencing your decisions, relationships, work, creativity, etc. It can feel like our bodies, our decisions, our loved ones, life, God/the Universe, etc. have betrayed us. You'll begin to heal your nervous system from all of that and learn to trust yourself.
I think it's unethical to make grandiose claims about healing outcomes, but I trust your body to lead you back to your best you. For me, I'm back from immense loss & suffering to a nervous system that lets me relax & feel enjoyment, a body that works again, and a heart that can say an enthusiastic yes to what works for me & compassionate no to what doesn't.
