I love working with adults experiencing difficulties with managing stress, anxiety and depression. I will help to establish effective goals in addition to providing therapeutic support throughout your sessions. I want to assist you in creating manageable goals that you can progress towards with confidence. I like to focus with clients on how they may have learned a behavior and exploring where that has been beneficial or if it has been hindering a client growth.
I utilize Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in order to help clients challenge their negative thoughts. I have completed basic training in EMDR which helps to reprocess difficult life events and focuses on building client's existing strength for future life challenges.
