I tend towards a systemic approach in my therapeutic practice, meaning I believe we all operate in some sort of system: marriage/family, identity/community, work/professional, I believe when there is a breakdown in one of our systems; we tend to struggle. We will identify where you're struggling & develop a plan to get you back to living your best life.
