Many of today's problems are a result of the complicated, fast-paced world in which we live; a world that threatens man's emotional stability. Clients come to counselors looking for hope. So many different psychotherapies exist today because there is no one approach that works at all times.

I honed my helping skills providing over a decade of individual, couple, and family counseling and working several years in the crisis intervention and crisis stabilization field in the states of California and Virginia. My experience and knowledge equips me to share with others as a marriage and family therapist, minister, coach, consultant and author, and allows me to facilitate positive change in peoples' lives. As a helper of people, I understand that we, human beings, express our greatest potential when we discover and remove the obstacles that hinder our capabilities.

Therapy is more than talking about the past. It is a safe, non-judgmental atmosphere in which past hurts are resolved and healing takes place. If you are struggling with anxiety and depression, I am offering intensive therapy. It is seven sessions dedicated to your growth and change. Please note that this therapy is for persons who are serious in making a positive change in their mental health. This approach is not a quick fix, it is intensive and requires commitment to change.
