About
Hi I'm Tiffany Zwart! Many of us struggle with boundaries, low self-esteem, and decision making. Usually we know what we want, but we've been conditioned to believe we are undeserving or unqualified. Whether this belief has been created from religious experiences, our family of origin, or society we will work together to bring about hope and healing. Choosing who to share your story with is a serious and personal decision. You must feel comfortable, accepted, and valued. We are the way we are for a reason. Let's find out what that is and work toward changing the areas that bring out stress and anxiety.
I believe the client is the expert on their life, and that empowering others is important in making informed and brave decisions. I am a strong proponent of healthy boundaries. I offer an open and accepting environment for clients to be their authentic self. I work with young adults, lgbtqia+, and those in life transitions.
Growth is a lifelong process. I went into the field of counseling to learn more about the human experience. If you feel you've been conditioned to think, believe, and act a certain way that maybe doesn't sit right with you anymore, please reach out and let's talk!
