About
Many people struggle with feeling like they don't have a sense of purpose; or that they're disconnected from themselves and the world around them-especially in the age of social media addiction and chronic comparison; consumption culture; pandemic isolation; harmful identity politics; cancel culture, and self-censorship. It is completely understandable why so many modern humans are struggling with symptoms of depression and anxiety, as well as losing a sense of hope and meaning in the world.
I believe we ultimately are the author of our own lives, and have the innate ability to change our narrative in order to create a new reality and behaviors that serve and honor who we are. I work with clients to help them become confident and grounded. I am happy to serve clients from all backgrounds, and pride myself on honoring diversity of thought.
There are a lot of voices that have been censored over the past decade. My hope is to provide a space where we can authentically talk about things that have been shunned in mainstream discourse. Your mind and your experiences matter. You deserve to feel empowered and craft a fulfilling life for yourself, regardless of any pain you've felt in the past.
